Cancellation policy

🔄 Cancellation by the Customer

To cancel a booking, please notify us in writing (via email or official message). The refund amount depends on the notice period before the tour date:

• More than 7 days before the tour date:
  ✅ Full refund minus administrative/processing fees.

• 3 to 6 days before the tour date:
  🔁 50% refund of the total price.

• Less than 48 hours before the tour or No-show:
  ❌ No refund.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation confirmation.

• Processing fees include bank charges or third-party transaction fees, if applicable.

• If a booking includes third-party services (e.g., hotels, event tickets), cancellation terms may vary based on their policies.

• For private or customized tours, a non-refundable deposit may apply.

📅 Changes to Your Booking

• Changes to your booking (e.g., date, number of travelers) must be requested at least 72 hours before the tour start time.

• All changes are subject to availability and may incur extra costs.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

• Severe weather or unsafe travel conditions

• Government orders or emergencies

• Minimum participant numbers not being met (for group tours)

✅ In such cases, we will offer:
1.A full refund, or
2.A credit or rescheduling option, as preferred by the customer.

🛡️ Travel Insurance Recommendation

Single J0urNey Travel recommends that all travelers purchase personal travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and lost property.
