✅ Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive a deposit or full payment (depending on the package).

• Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, or cash (THB only).

• Full balance is required before the start of the tour.

📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 7+ days before tour date: Full refund (minus processing fees).

• 3–6 days before: 50% refund.

• Less than 48 hours before or No-show: No refund.

• In case of cancellation by Single J0urNey (due to weather or force majeure), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

🔄 Amendments

• Amendments to booking (dates, number of guests, itinerary) must be requested at least 3 days before the tour.

• Changes are subject to availability and may result in an adjusted price.

🧾 What’s Included / Not Included

• Inclusions and exclusions will be clearly listed in each package (e.g., guide, transport, meals, entry tickets).

• Personal expenses, tips, travel insurance, and optional activities are not included unless stated.

🕒 Punctuality & No-Show

• Please be at the meeting point on time. A delay of more than 15 minutes without notice may be treated as a no-show.

• No refund will be given for missed tours due to late arrival.

🛡️ Travel Insurance & Liability

• Guests are encouraged to carry their own travel insurance.

• Single J0urNey Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or incident caused by third-party providers or guest negligence.

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the tour for safety or unforeseen reasons.

🙏 Respect & Conduct

• We promote cultural understanding. Please respect local customs, laws, and traditions.

• We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if a guest behaves inappropriately, illegally, or dangerously.
